This year, ATRIP is pleased to introduce a new initiative: the ATRIP Annual Congress Report. The report features concise summaries of all presentations delivered at the 43rd ATRIP Annual Congress, hosted by the University of Copenhagen on 22–25 June 2025. The summaries were prepared by a team of rapporteurs – young academic scholars specializing in intellectual property.
The ATRIP Annual Congress Report 2025 is now available below and in the Publications section of our website: https://atrip.org/publications-and-resources/#cong
The Report reflects the great success of the 43rd Annual Congress, which not only brought together a record number of speakers, but also enabled comprehensive and in-depth discussions on the theme: Exploring the Interface Between Intellectual Property and Justice: Theory and Practice in a Dynamic Reality.
We hope the Report will serve as a valuable resource for those engaging with intellectual property research. We warmly encourage academic scholars to circulate the Report and cite it as a reference in their studies.
ATRIP warmly thanks all speakers for their cooperation in preparing the Report and extends special gratitude to the rapporteurs for their outstanding contributions: Peter R. Slowinski, Maciej Padamczyk, Gabriela Lenarczyk, Michalina Kowala, Marta Sznajder, Pedro Henrique D. Batista, Khushbu Kumari, Camilla Signoretta, Ghati Nyehita, Gabriele Cifrodelli, Laura Valtere, Charlene Tsitsi Musiza, and Anja Møller Pedersen.
