ATRIP is pleased to publish the latest edition of the Annual Congress Report. The 2026 edition features summaries of all presentations delivered at the 44th ATRIP Annual Congress, hosted by the University of São Paulo from 28 June to 1 July 2026, under the theme Intellectual Property and Politics: From Power Relations to Realpolitik. The Report reflects the success of the ATRIP Annual Congress held at the University of São Paulo, its rich and stimulating scientific programme, and the strength and growth of the ATRIP community.
We hope that the Report will serve as a useful resource for the IP scholarly community and others engaged in intellectual property research. We encourage academics to share the Report widely and to draw upon it as a reference in their own research and scholarship.
