New ATRIP Volume Published: Intellectual Property, Ethical Innovation and Sustainability

A new volume in the ATRIP Series of Edward Elgar Publishing has been issued: Intellectual Property, Ethical Innovation and Sustainability: Towards a New Social Contract for the Digital Economy?, edited by Prof. Christophe Geiger, ATRIP Past President and Director of the Innovation Law and Ethics Observatory (ILEO) at Luiss University.

The volume brings together selected contributions from experts who participated in the 42nd ATRIP Congress in Rome, Italy.

The book examines how intellectual property law is evolving in response to environmental concerns, technological progresses, and sustainable development. The contributions explore the role of IP law and enforcement in the context of emerging innovations, with particular attention to balancing economic and social interests within the IP system.
