New ATRIP Volume Published

We are pleased to announce the release of a new ATRIP publication: The Interface of Intellectual Property Law with Other Legal Disciplines, published by Edward Elgar. This latest volume is edited by Prof. Christophe Geiger, ATRIP Past President and Director of the Innovation Law and Ethics Observatory (ILEO) at Luiss University, Italy. The volume showcases selected contributions from participants of the 41st ATRIP Congress in Tokyo, Japan.

The book delves into how intellectual property law increasingly interacts with various branches of the legal system, such as private law, public law, and criminal law. Through a series of scholarly contributions, it investigates how these intersections are reshaping core IP principles and practices. The authors examine emerging tensions and synergies across legal domains, offering valuable perspectives on how these evolving dynamics may influence future legislative developments, judicial reasoning, and academic thought.

The book is available online via the following link: https://www.elgaronline.com/edcollbook/book/9781035340934/9781035340934.xml

All ATRIP members can access the book through the Members Area on our website.
